Press Release from Schiffer:
“Inspiring Butterflies: A 27-Day Course of Self Discovery”
Inspiring Butterflies utilizes an inspirational journal, a guidebook, and 27 butterfly cards to transform your whole being through self-exploration.  The beautiful butterfly artwork, utilizing the universal symbol of transformation, will help you balance and harmonize your Chakras.  A handy carry-along guide is included for continued inspiration.
Ginny and Marge bring a wealth of metaphysical training and experiences as they are highly schooled in the Chinese art of Feng Shui, the I Ching, the eastern philosophy of the Chakra System, Body Talk, Color Therapy, 9 Star Astrology, and Reiki.

I found this to be a very refreshing approach to an often complicated subject.  I applaud the author’s creation of an easy to understand look into the world of Chakras.
I tried to search out the ladies to see what kind of information they may have online but, I was disappointed to find very little.  Mostly what I was interested in was what system of Reiki they follow and how they arrived at the Chakra Colors for the head in particular.  The colors in the images are interesting as they provide a different perspective for me personally; I’ve always seen the Colors of energy as more bright and vivid.
I recommend this to the beginner or the person who wants an uncomplicated starting point with energy work.  The images will appeal to anyone who loves the butterfly and embraces the transformational symbolism that it carries.  For the teacher, this could be a great tool for students.
The spiral bound workbook is very nicely done; the booklet provides enough information to thoroughly explain the cards and gives a brief explanation of Chakras.  The cards are easy to handle and filled with color.  The box is Schiffer’s trademark magnetic lid, sturdy and beautiful box.  Energy work is something I’ve been studying for quite some time and I’m happy to see such a creative product addressing this subject.
